Payment for Your Order

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Orders placed during inventory changes or stock unavailability.
  • Failure to meet our online shopping terms and conditions.
  • Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer, or if the customer is unreachable.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • The product(s) has not yet been shipped. If the cancellation request is made after shipment, the product(s) will be subject to our return and exchange policy.
  • If we are unable to deliver the product(s) within a reasonable time frame (15 business days from order confirmation), you may also request a cancellation.
