Return and refund policy

At Almas Perfumes Canada , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read our comprehensive return, refund, and replacement policies below.

Returns

We handle return requests on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have received the wrong, damaged, or defective product, we are here to assist.

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and packaging, with the original invoice.
    • Returns must be initiated within 3 working days of delivery.
    • The product should not fall under the "Non-Returnable" or "Non-Exchangeable" section (e.g., items on clearance or personal care items).
  • Return Fees:

    • Wrong, damaged, or defective items: You may return the products to us at no additional cost, and you will be compensated for the damaged goods.
    • Voluntary returns: If you simply wish to return a product, the return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer, and these fees will be communicated upon approval of your return request.
  • Process:

    • Contact us at contact@almasperfumes.ca with your order number and details of the return. In the case of damaged or defective products, kindly include photos.
    • Once we approve your return request, further instructions will be provided for shipping the items back to us.
    • We strive to handle returns promptly, ensuring your request is resolved efficiently.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit cards or electronic payments). We do not provide cash refunds for purchases made with vouchers or gift cards.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Products listed under the "Non-Returnable" section or any items that have been opened and used are not eligible for refunds.

 

Defective Products

  • We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item undergoes a strict quality control process. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us at contact@almasperfumes.ca with your order number and photos of the defect.
  • We will work with you to either replace the defective item or offer a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products, such as clearance items or personal care items, may be marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Non-Exchangeable" at the time of purchase. These items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed. Orders that have not been processed yet can be canceled without any fees.
  • Once your order has been processed, cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return Policy section for more details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong addresses provided by customers.
  • Delivery issues related to PO boxes.
  • Damage or delays caused by postal services.
  • Stolen packages after delivery.
